Position Overview

Join the team at ResourceMFG as a Material Handling Operator. This role is integral to our operations, providing a structured 3-week rotation schedule that includes competitive hourly compensation.

Work Schedule

The work schedule is designed for efficiency and balance:

  • Week 1: Day shifts from 5am to 5pm
  • Week 2: Day shifts from 5am to 3pm
  • Week 3: Night shifts from 4pm to 12am, Monday to Saturday

Every third week, enjoy a well-deserved 4-day break.

Key Responsibilities

As a Material Handling Operator, your primary duties will include:

  • Operating equipment to convey materials efficiently
  • Loading and unloading trucks with precision
  • Maintaining rolling stock to ensure operational readiness
