Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Trusts and Estates Attorney who is dedicated to assisting clients in navigating the intricate landscape of estate planning and asset protection. This role offers the chance to engage with a diverse clientele and deliver expert counsel on a variety of trust and estate issues.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Trusts and Estates Attorney, your duties will include:

  • Providing expert counsel on complex estate planning, asset protection strategies, and trusts & estates administration.
  • Designing and executing sophisticated estate plans and wealth transfer strategies.
  • Managing all facets of trust administration, including the preparation of estate tax documentation.
  • Collaborating closely with clients and their advisors to identify needs and create tailored solutions.
  • Leading client meetings and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Contributing to the firm's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Staying updated on the latest developments in trust and estate law to provide optimal advice to clients.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in complex estate planning and trusts & estates administration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to lead client meetings.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to clarify complex legal concepts.
  • A strong desire to contribute to the firm's growth and success.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.
  • Admission to the state bar.
