Key Responsibilities
  • Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and title searches.
  • Represent clients in real estate litigation, including disputes over property boundaries, easements, and zoning issues.
  • Advise clients on real estate law, including landlord-tenant law, and provide guidance on compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Real Estate Litigation Attorney.
  • Admission to the State Bar.
  • Proven experience in real estate law, including residential and commercial real estate.
  • Proficiency in civil litigation and commercial litigation.
  • Extensive knowledge of landlord-tenant law.
