Purchasing Assistant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Obtaining and evaluating offers from suppliers
• Processing purchase orders and managing inventory levels
• Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring timely receipt of goods
• Supporting the purchasing team in achieving business objectives
• Performing administrative tasks related to procurement and logistics
• Recording and verifying incoming goods and invoices

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent experience
• Independent, careful, and reliable work style
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in using PC and MS Office
