Position Overview:
This is a full-time role, encompassing weekdays and occasional weekends.

The primary objective of the housekeeping personnel is to ensure a hygienic, secure, and pleasant atmosphere throughout the facility, including but not limited to residents' quarters, communal restrooms, administrative offices, and shared spaces.

Work Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols and as directed by supervisors.
- Adhere to safety guidelines while performing duties and utilizing equipment and supplies.
- Report any hazardous conditions or equipment to management.
- Maintain floors through sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, and disinfecting.
- Clean carpets by vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
- Polish furnishings in hallways, staircases, and elevators.

- Clean resident rooms, which includes vacuuming carpets, mopping, dusting, disinfecting and sanitizing bathrooms, and washing mirrors and pictures.

- Collect all waste from rooms, offices, lounges, and restrooms on a daily basis.
- Wash, wipe, dust, and disinfect walls, windows, and baseboards to keep them clean and smudge-free.
- Assist in setting up dining areas, activity rooms, and living spaces as needed.
- Report any maintenance needs to the supervisor and complete work order forms.
- Keep all cleaning equipment, storage areas, and janitorial closets organized and tidy.
- Respond to resident requests promptly.
- Launder facility linens as required.
- Communicate supply needs to the supervisor.
- Report all incidents, regardless of severity, to the supervisor.
- Ensure adherence to cleaning schedules as closely as possible.
- Return all found items to the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding resident information and respect their personal property rights.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the administrative staff.

Qualifications:
No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Must possess the ability to communicate effectively in English.
