Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Screening and Placement: Screen, interview, and place potential candidates into available positions based on their skillset and career goals.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to update current job opportunities and other information relevant to job seekers considering open positions.
  • New Hire Processing: Process new hire paperwork when employees are placed on assignment.
  • Risk Management Support: Work with our Risk Management Department to process Worker's Compensation paperwork and perform investigations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Answer incoming calls from prospective and active employees and clients and route as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Must have previous customer experience and genuinely enjoy working with people.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Attention to Detail: Be detail oriented and organized.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Availability: Must be dependable and able to work M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm (with occasional overtime).
