Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ultrasound procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to perform ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technology and techniques, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient comfort and well-being during exams, taking prompt action to address any concerns or issues.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an Ultrasound Technologist program with a diploma.
  • Preferred: Passing the SPI exam and current ARDMS certifications or AART (S), or ARDMS Registry / ARRT (S) Eligible.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
