Event Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Bartender to join our team at 21c Museum Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

• Service Excellence: Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service to guests, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Beverage Expertise: Prepare high-quality beverages according to recipe standards, showcasing your knowledge of drinks, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Wine and Spirits: Familiarize yourself with our wine list, including wines by the glass and specialty beverages, to provide expert recommendations to guests.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, complete daily reports, and inform servers and managers of any changes.
• Guest Safety: Verify the age of guests and ensure responsible beverage sales, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, managers, and other team members to maintain a smooth flow of service and ensure a positive experience for guests.
• Sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and orderly appearance of the restaurant service area, adhering to all proper sanitation guidelines.

• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak, read, and understand English.
• Appearance: Clean and professional appearance, demonstrating enthusiasm for the 21c brand.
• Knowledge: Strong beverage knowledge and ability to pass a background check.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
