About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Director to join our team at M Booth. As a key member of our creative leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept and execute 360-degree campaigns that meet client demands
  • Manage and mentor ad hoc creative teams to deliver high-quality work
  • Develop and present cultural insights that inform your work
  • Present your work to internal teams and external clients at all levels
  • Manage your day to meet strict deadlines and prioritize requests
  • Own client relationships and drive business growth

About You

We are looking for a creative leader with a strong track record of delivering innovative campaigns that drive business results. You should have:

  • 10+ years of creative copy experience with a focus on multicultural programming
  • 3-5 years of experience as a creative lead
  • A portfolio of advertising, video, and social content work
  • Ability to run photo and video shoots with small to large budgets
  • Experience making creative that gets media coverage
  • Proven copy skills (campaign, PR, video, content)
  • Creative conceptor with a strong understanding of social platforms and how to drive engagement
  • Category experience in CPG, spirits, food, and lifestyle
  • Winning new business track record
  • Fluent in digital
  • Ability to make beautiful work across style guides for multiple clients

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $165,000 - $200,000/year, plus benefits and perks.

Flexible Work Policy

We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub, we want to see you in person 2 days a week. For those outside the NYC hub, you will be asked to be in person for client meetings, events, or team meetings.
