Responsibilities and Requirements- Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer expectations, balancing quality and productivity
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment as required
- Collect and record project data accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain high performance and conduct standards
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN
- Demonstrate physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate weights of 10-50 lbs for extended periods
- Show hand-eye coordination with arm/hand/finger dexterity, including visual acuity
- UNLIMITED REFERRAL BONUSES (Receive $40 for each referral who works 40 hours, and an additional $100 when they reach 100 hours)
- Medical coverage after 60 days on assignment
- Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay-card
