Psychiatric Physician Opportunity

A private physician-owned group in Petersburg, Virginia, is seeking a full-time board-certified/eligible psychiatrist to join their growing team.
Key Highlights- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric nurses.
- Monday-Friday schedule with two administrative afternoons per week and shared weekend practice call.
- Round on adult inpatient units in the morning and see outpatients in the afternoon.
- Outpatient appointments: 1 hour for new patients and 20-30 minutes for follow-ups.
- Competitive salary guarantee followed by a production-based compensation model.
- Possible sign-on bonus.
- Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, health savings account, 5 weeks of paid time off, 1 week of paid CME time, up to $10,000 for CME-related expenses in the first year, possible J1/H1B visa support, and more.
