Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $140,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location in Fort Worth, TX. As a valued member of our team, you'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including 80 hours of PTO, 120 hours of vacation time, and 12-13 paid holidays per year.



Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Cybersecurity Defense Engineer to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity test procedures for future and existing aircraft systems. Your expertise will help us ensure the safety and security of our aircraft, while also driving innovation and growth in the industry.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:



  • At least 2 years of experience in penetration or adversarial testing, cyber threat analysis, vulnerability detection/exploitation, and system exploitation.
  • Experience in traditional IEEE bus analysis and testing (IEEE 802.1, 802.11, and 802.3), with a preference for non-traditional bus analysis (ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, CAN, AFDX, and TSN).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize work and collaborate with a team.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with advanced degrees or relevant experience also considered.
