Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Mahajan Therapeutics. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in our outpatient clinic setting.

Responsibilities
  • Implement prescribers treatment plans and coordinate quality medication services to clients.
  • Work under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor to ensure adherence to agency compliance and state/federal standards.
  • Provide coordination and implementation of pharmacological management services, serving as a liaison for multi-level medical/acute psychiatric care.
  • Ensure timely completion of initial nursing assessments, adhering to agency policy and state standards.
  • Coordinate agency response to infection control issues and maintain regular contact with medical and psychiatric consultants.
  • Monitor labs, PCP letters, and obtain information from prior services for quality care in pharmacological management services.
  • Adequate knowledge and ability to navigate EHR (Electronic Health Records) system.
Qualifications
  • LPN or Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Ohio Nursing License.
  • Three years of experience in a nursing setting preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills, writing, speaking, and analytical abilities.
