Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their own homes in the Ironton, OH area.

Deliver high-quality patient care by utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an LPN/RN in the state in which the LPN/RN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card.
