Job Purpose:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, leading generation and conversion, and maintaining contact lists to continue relationships. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about the product and able to emphasize its features to highlight how they solve customer problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Be knowledgeable about the product and its features.
  • Identify prospective customers and lead generation and conversion.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and preferences.
  • Emphasize the features of the product to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Answer questions about the product and its applications.
  • Discuss prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
Remote Work Eligibility:

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate to be available to work on campus. However, there may be times that work may be completed remotely off-campus.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Word.
