Director of Donor Experience

Capstone Adaptive Learning and Therapy Centers, Inc. seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee all events, campaigns, and activities related to fundraising and awareness of our organization.

This role will be responsible for managing logistics, marketing, materials, budgets, and timelines to ensure the success of all activities. Additionally, the Director of Donor Experience will be responsible for writing skills for grant writing and other written donation requests.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be a team player, and have high-level interpersonal skills. They will also be responsible for keeping up with social media accounts and website edits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Manage events, campaigns, and activities related to fundraising and awareness
  • Write and edit grant proposals and other written donation requests
  • Manage social media accounts and website edits
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, events, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in fundraising and events
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • High-level interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups
  • Ability to write and edit grant proposals and other written donation requests
