Join Our Team as a Donor Center Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Donor Center Technician to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.

About the Role

As a Donor Center Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plasma donation centers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting pre-donation medical screenings to ensure donor safety and eligibility
  • Providing exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assessing donor suitability and engaging in set-up procedures to ensure a safe and efficient donation process
  • Providing feedback to ineligible donor candidates and ensuring all donor screening information is complete and accurate
  • Maintaining donor confidentiality and adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Superior customer service standards and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
