Job OverviewThe Senior Living Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition for residents, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a sense of community. Responsibilities- Resident Welcome Process: Assist new residents in settling into their new home, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open dialogue with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure all needs are met.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare resident files, manage paperwork, and maintain accurate records.
- Risk Management and Safety: Partner with community teams to promote safety protocols and adherence to regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma/GED Required; Associate and/or College Degree preferred.
- One (1) year experience in an administrative support role; previous customer service experience a plus.
- Able to handle multiple priorities, possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and Sunrise applications.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year; depending on location, skills, and experience.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans; Retirement Savings Plans; Employee Assistant Program/Discount Program.
- Paid Time Off (PTO), Sick Time, and Holiday Pay; Daily Pay offered in the U.S. only; Tuition Reimbursement.
- In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses, subject to eligibility and performance requirements.
