Job OverviewAs a Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities- Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop strong relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily activities, attending to individual care needs, and getting to know their unique preferences and personalities.
- Notify Management: Inform management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care and service as needed.
- Lifestyle Enrichment: Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile, blending a variety of multi-sensory experiences into their daily lives.
- Dedication and Passion: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive Attitude: Showcase flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude in performing various duties in service to residents.
- Certifications and Qualifications: Possess a High School diploma/GED, maintain certifications (where applicable), and meet age requirements (at least 18 years old).
