Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a full-time employee in a school district in Florida.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities to identify areas of need and develop effective treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals to support students' academic and social development.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social development, and participate in IEP meetings to contribute to the development of appropriate goals and accommodations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress reports to track student progress and inform treatment decisions.
- Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology to ensure high-quality services.
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Florida state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Dedication to providing high-quality services to students and their families.
