About the Role:
Rocket Mortgage is looking for a Business Intelligence Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with expertise in programming languages such as Python and SQL. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to improve processes and increase efficiency. Additionally, you will create and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to support business intelligence efforts.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to inform business decisions

- Create and present data visualizations to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, mathematics, applied statistics, information technology, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in data analysis, with expertise in programming languages such as Python and SQL
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
