  • Promote and drive a safety culture to minimize risks and ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with owners, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Implement cost-effective measures in the field to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience with mechanical piping and valves, with a strong understanding of construction processes.
  • Experience working in public streets/roadways, with knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Experience working with union trades, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Travel Requirements:
  • This position requires frequent travel to construction sites, with occasional out-of-state travel.
