We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at CyberCoders. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects or a single large project, supervising field staff, and ensuring that all facets of subcontracts and purchase orders are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review bid, project specifications and drawings to plan procedures
- Manage all facets of subcontracts and purchase orders
- Supervise field staff, including project engineer and superintendent
- Ensure subcontractors meet contractual obligations
- Comply with company safety and OSHA requirements
- Reviews job costs, and ensures scheduled timelines are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in construction and engineering projects and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience in Water/Wastewater projects
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Understanding of Project Management Software and Technical Writing
