As an Airframe Construction Technician, you will be part of a skilled team responsible for constructing the airframe of our aircraft, ensuring precise fit and finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work from blueprints, sketches, diagrams, or verbal instructions to construct airframe assemblies and sub-assemblies.
  • Use precision tools and equipment to achieve accurate results.
  • Modify completed assemblies and sub-assemblies as needed.
  • Perform quality checks on constructed airframes and systems installed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Additional courses in sheet metal services or technical school (5 years of aircraft manufacturing experience may be substituted).
  • 2 years of aircraft manufacturing experience (directly related education may be substituted for experience).
  • Able to work from blueprints or sketches.
  • Able to use calibrated tools and measuring devices.
  • Able to set up and operate standard shop equipment.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
