Job Description

As a member of our outdoor utility construction crew, you will be responsible for installing and/or replacing coaxial or fiber optic communication lines. This includes climbing poles and ladders, operating bucket trucks, and conducting pre-work trip inspections prior to mobilizing on the job site.

You will also assist in securing the work site and equipment at the end of each shift, prepare various documents, reports, and checklists related to work, equipment, and safety, and remain safety-conscious at all times. Additionally, you will ensure that safety signs and orange cones are out safely securing the job site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess good physical fitness and range of motion, including the ability to occasionally lift and carry loads up to 80 pounds. You should also be able to proficiently climb trees, towers, ladders, utility poles, and other structures while performing construction duties from heights.
