Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader - Restaurant Operations

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage a Team: Supervise and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to a high standard.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure that all staff are aware of health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 consecutive months of experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to perform and understand basic math concepts, ability to work well with diverse groups of people, proven analytical skills, and good organization and planning skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift and move freely throughout the restaurant, ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs.

Working Conditions: The Team Leader will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: Pay ranges from $20.00- $21.50 depending on experience.
