We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Anza Management Co. in Orange County.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position responsible for performing various maintenance duties to preserve the quality and value of our apartment properties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic apartment and facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergency situations in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Document repairs and completed tasks.
  • Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes.
  • Alert authorities of any malfunctions in the building.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Valid California Driver's License required.
  • Background/Physical evaluation may be conducted.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States required.
