Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Dover, Massachusetts.

Job Summary: As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist to provide patient treatments as indicated by the treatment plan. You will document treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements, and work with children through geriatric patients with clinical competency.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform selected tests and measurements as directed by the therapist
  • Maintain documentation on all treatments
  • Assure appropriate equipment performance prior to each use

Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION: Associate degree in occupational therapy assistant, Active U.S. military service members, or veterans with any military service, training, or education verified and credited by an accredited OTA program is acceptable
  • EXPERIENCE: Preferred: 1 year experience
  • CERTIFICATIONS: Required: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant by AOTA. Licensure, as required by State law.
