Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at one of our facilities in Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist to provide patient treatments as indicated by the treatment plan. You will document treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements, and work with patients of all ages with clinical competency.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient treatments as directed by the Registered Occupational Therapist
  • Document treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements
  • Work with patients of all ages with clinical competency
  • Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period
  • Perform selected tests and measurements as directed by the therapist
  • Maintain documentation on all treatments
  • Assure appropriate equipment performance prior to each use
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in occupational therapy assistant or equivalent
  • Active U.S. military service members or veterans with any military service, training, or education verified and credited by an accredited OTA program
  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant by AOTA
  • Licensure, as required by State law
