Windermere Real Estate is seeking a skilled Real Estate Specialist to serve as a crucial intermediary between sellers and buyers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for marketing listings, providing guidance to clients, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a desire to grow their career. Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with clients
* Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms
* Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values
* Coordinate and attend showings and open houses
* Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other necessary paperwork

Requirements:

* Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
* Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Good knowledge of local housing market

Estimated Commissions between $60,000 to $85,000 (DOE)
