Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist sellers in listing and marketing their properties to attract potential buyers

  • Negotiate and facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless and successful outcome
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in real estate, applying this knowledge to drive results and exceed client expectations
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals, fostering a network of trusted partners and advocates
Requirements:
  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school
  • Proven track record in sales or customer service, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred, but not required
  • Proficient with technology and real estate software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems
