Key Responsibilities
  • Package Management: Accept and hold packages for residents, ensuring timely delivery and notification.
  • Elevator Reservations: Coordinate elevator reservations for move-ins, move-outs, and deliveries, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Rooftop Terrace Management: Manage reservations and events for the exclusive Rooftop Terrace, providing a unique and memorable experience for residents and their guests.
  • Communication: Place courtesy calls to residents when packages arrive, and notify them of guests' arrival, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of service.
  • Door Holding and Assistance: Hold doors for residents and their guests, providing a touch of warmth and hospitality.
  • Complaint Resolution: Maintain ownership of resolving resident and guest complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Interactions and Relationships: Interact with all residents, building strong relationships and showing genuine appreciation for their business.
  • Request Fulfillment: Promptly answer, record, and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Move-In and Move-Out Coordination: Assist in the scheduling of move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Delivery and Move Coordination: Schedule and facilitate deliveries and residents' moves, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Surveillance and Lobby Monitoring: Monitor surveillance cameras and the Lobby, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and guests.
  • Premises Maintenance: Walk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being maintained, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Realtor and Buyer Support: Facilitate realtor and potential buyer visits, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Company Policies and Procedures: Follow all company policies and procedures, including grooming standards, maintaining confidentiality, and enforcing safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in the concierge field.
  • Pleasant and Professional Demeanor: Pleasant, positive, and professional demeanor, with no visible tattoos.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Multi-Tasking and Problem-Solving: Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to assess situations, show good judgment, and resolve conflicts.
  • Attention to Detail: Attentive to details, with excellent follow-through skills.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexible and organized, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products and the internet.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
