Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Infusion Program as an Infusion Specialist. This is a part-time position that requires a strong background in nursing, with a focus on patient assessment, care coordination, and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and their suitability for the Home Infusion program
  • Verify pre-certification documentation and coordinate care with applicable agencies
  • Quote rates for therapy within established guidelines
  • Contribute clinical expertise to organizational planning and decision-making
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years experience in Home Infusion as a nursing coordinator, infusion nurse or intake coordinator
  • Experience with processing referrals for homecare and pre-certification
  • Current license to practice nursing in the State of Michigan
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
  • Demonstrates good judgment and problem-solving skills
