We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team at Pappas Restaurants. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for overseeing the nutrition care of patients, performing nutritional assessments, and managing physician's orders for therapeutic diets and supplements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized plans for patients
- Manage physician's orders for therapeutic diets and supplements
- Provide nutritional education to patients and families
- Attend patient rounds and maintain clinical nutrition policies
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Certification/licensure as required by state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in dietetics, foods and nutrition, or related area
- 1-2 years of clinical care experience in an acute care facility
