Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct audit and assurance teams to guarantee the precise and timely completion of all engagements.
  • Supervise the formulation of audit and assurance documentation, reports, and schedules.
  • Establish and disseminate best practices for audit and assurance methodologies.
  • Offer guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful execution of engagements.
  • Examine and evaluate audit and assurance workpapers to confirm accuracy and adherence to professional standards.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
  • Participate in meetings and present audit and assurance findings in a professional manner.
  • Identify and propose enhancements to processes and cost-saving measures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in assurance, managerial accounting, or public accounting.
  • Robust understanding of assurance and accounting principles, processes, and procedures.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office applications.
  • Possession of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
