Role Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate in the furniture retail sector, your daily tasks will vary as you cater to the unique needs and preferences of each customer. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Assisting in the visual presentation of the showroom, ensuring it is appealing and organized.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the store to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Staying informed about product details, ongoing promotions, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculating discounts and percentages.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training for the right candidate.
We value flexibility in scheduling, though some weekend and holiday availability is required. The store operates during the following hours:
  • Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a commission-based pay structure with a draw, allowing motivated employees to earn competitive wages ranging from $15 to $22 per hour, depending on commissions. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
