Job Summary:

As a LPN Unit Manager at HexaQuEST Health, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare team. This role requires strong clinical leadership skills, with a focus on patient care and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure and registration.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
