Construction Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team at Telcom Construction Inc. As a key member of our utility construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to crew members to ensure successful project completion
- Implement and perform steps to complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner
- Operate construction equipment such as dump trucks and skid loaders
- Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Monitor and adhere to all safety processes and procedures
- Conduct weekly tool box talks to promote safety awareness and best practices
- Previous experience in a similar position with a focus on crew leadership
- Experience in telecommunications is preferred but not required
- Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps to identify underground utilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to proficiently use locators to safely identify utilities
- Must have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must be safety-conscious and able to effectively communicate with crew, customers, and vendors
- Paid lodging and per diem when overnight travel is required
- Company vehicles for crews to get to and from job sites
