We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Physician to join our physician-led geriatrics practice at Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living.
About the RoleAs a Staff Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading our team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our geriatrics practice.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with complex medical conditions
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our geriatrics practice
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A medical degree from an accredited program
- Completion of a primary care residency program, with Board Certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Minimum of 3 years of medical practice experience, with a preference for candidates with geriatric fellowship training
