Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Flame-Cooking Specialist to join our team at Gusto Holdings, LLC. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality ingredients that make our dishes flavorful and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prep all recipes according to Gusto food preparation standards and specifications.
  • Wash designated food products in antimicrobial fruit and vegetable treatment.
  • Chop and slice vegetables to precise measurements.
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients with attention to detail.
  • Store, label, and rotate all food items to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment that meets company and health department standards.
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and adhere to uniform and personal hygiene standards.
Requirements
  • Able to read and follow recipe instructions accurately.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
