Hiring for a Transportation Specialist to transport our vehicles from Hertz Local Edition offices to various locations. Responsibilities include picking up and dropping off customers, maintaining courteous behavior, and following company safety policies.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Vehicle Service Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our vehicles to customers throughout the region.

About the Role:
  • Transport vehicles from Hertz Local Edition offices to various locations
  • Pick up and drop off customers as required
  • Interface with vendors such as body shops, dealerships, and insurance agents
  • Maintain courteous and professional behavior and appearance
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid driver's license, flexibility in scheduling, and previous experience in a related field or customer service. A satisfactory driving record is also essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Salary and Benefits
