Audiology Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team at Commonwealth Medical Services as an independent contractor. As a Clinical Audiologist, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations on Veterans of the US Military, reviewing medical records, and completing assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audiology exams and report findings through a web-based portal created by the VA
- Review medical records via secure digital portal and complete assessments
- Identify relevant information from medical records and form a medical opinion on the current status of the claimed condition
- Work efficiently through assessments and submit reports within 24 hours
Requirements:
- Hold and maintain the correct license to practice in the state where exams are completed
- Be confident in navigating digital information and learning the information management platform
- Have excellent skills in internal and external communications
Compensation:
Daily compensation of $500-550/day, with daily volume averages 5-6 Veterans in an 8 hour shift. Compensation is not dependent on daily volume or cancellations/no-shows.
