Key Responsibilities:- Ensure Safe Work Practices: Review site-specific safety plans in Pre-Installation Meetings, focusing on high-risk areas.
- Lead Weekly Safety Meetings: Align team members to monitor high-risk areas and ensure continuous improvement.
- Implement QA/QC Procedures: Document, communicate, and correct non-conforming work, including follow-up inspections.
- Oversee Project Construction: Manage the construction of projects with annual revenues between $15 million and $40 million.
- Monitor Project Cost Summary Reports: Regularly review reports for conformance with final budget estimates, investigating major variances and recommending solutions.
- Develop Preliminary Schedules: Create schedules, milestones, and critical material deliveries based on the Phased Sequencing Plan.
- Provide Guidance and Leadership: Lead Assistant Superintendents, LEAP, Craft personnel, and Field Staff assigned to the project.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in field supervisory roles for commercial general contractors or subcontractors.
- Strong working knowledge of project planning and scheduling for construction trades.
- Detailed knowledge of commercial construction practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software programs.
- Proven skills in math, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong reasoning and comprehension skills.
