Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Attend educational meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices
- Ensure compliance with all necessary requirements and regulations
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association
- Valid state license to practice Physical Therapy
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum two years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Comprehensive knowledge of the geriatric population
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Competitive salary range of $57,700 - $79,500 per year
