Job Title: IT Systems Analyst

Location: Tulsa, OK

System One is seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our team. As an IT Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and implementing applications and application upgrades as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user requirements and procedures to automate processing and improve existing computer systems.
  • Confer with personnel to identify problems and learn specific input and output requirements.
  • Identify areas of operational improvements and implement necessary modifications.
  • Implement and maintain internal line-of-business applications.
  • Interface with existing systems as necessary.
  • Test and evaluate new programs.
  • Research, design, implement, and manage software programs.
  • Create, design, deploy, and update applications.
  • Identify and debug software errors and issues.
  • Write and update technical documentation.
  • Train users and gather feedback.
  • Ensure all IT systems support the business function efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server DBMS.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements from internal customers and develop solutions using primarily Microsoft platforms.
  • A high degree of understanding and usage of all primary Microsoft Office products.
  • Understanding of cloud and network infrastructure.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems.

Education and Experience:

  • B.A. degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
  • Experience with .NET development preferred.
  • Experience with Made2Manage ERP system preferred.
