Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, eating, toileting, and escorting.
  • Follow residents' service plans to ensure accurate and personalized care.
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents, promoting a sense of community and well-being.
  • Train new caregivers as assigned and serve as a resource to fellow caregivers.
  • Review resident care schedules daily to ensure accuracy and completion.
  • Adhere to departmental documentation standards and inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires a CNA or CHHA licensure and must be state certified.
Work Environment

This role requires standing, walking, and using hands to finger, handle, or feel for extended periods. Lifting up to 10 pounds is also required. We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
