Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST to join our team As a key member of our Member Services department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our members, resolving their issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Support: Respond to and resolve member inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate with members, providers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex issues, often requiring collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
  • Data Management: Accurately document member interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member issues.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English, Cantonese/English, Vietnamese/English, or Tagalog/English required.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of direct customer service call center experience and managed care experience a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills; ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
