- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in critical care nursing.
- Current Montana licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification within 6 months of hire.
- American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Competence in modified primary nursing and a willingness to practice in a dynamic critical care environment.
