Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- 2+ years of ICU experience
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
