Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly operations on components and subassemblies with attention to detail and quality.
  • Work effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate labor and quality documentation required for product.
  • Develop positive working relationships within and between areas.
  • Carry out duties in a proficient, orderly, and safe manner.
  • Follow all applicable procedures and work instructions.

Requirements:

  • High School Education or equivalent.
  • Minimum one to two years' experience in a production environment.
  • Understanding of electronic assembly and precision assembly training.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and vision.
  • Ability to perform repetitive, detailed work.
  • Able to frequently lift 25-40 pounds totes, standing and walking.
  • Ability to read and understand documentation (in English) to process assemble products.
  • Knowledge of IPC standards.
  • Basic computer and math skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IPC A-610 and J-STD certified.
